EO 14398 WAPA LAND SURVEY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Architect/Engineering (A&E) Survey Services � Department of Interior � This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) represents Stage I of the Short Selection process. Based on a review of qualifications in this stage of the solicitation process, DOI will select a shortlist of highly qualified Offerors who will be invited to participate in interviews. In the interview stage of the solicitation process, the Offeror deemed highest qualified ranked in order will be asked to submit proposals for Survey and Mapping Services.
