Notice of Intent to Sole Source This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under RFO subpart 19.106-3 Sole Source Awards, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). HQ AFMC/A4N has a new requirement for an enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted platform that provides shared infrastructure, standardized tooling, governance frameworks, and managed services enabling rapid development and deployment of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents. Due to the highly technical nature of the AFMC/A4 logistics IT domain, it requires specialized Contractor support with technical and engineering skillsets aligned to Air Force environments to successfully enable future state transformational objectives.
