The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA, Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. A multi part project to increase the reliability of the Poncha substation service feed and provide backup power to help decrease station service outages.
