Must be Dual Denier (DD) or PPA media (DD309 or DD509 series). CLIN 0002 (Stage 2 Exhaust Pads) • Quantity: 45 Cases (CS) (packaged 20 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots) • Description: Method 319 Compliant Exhaust Pads. Dimensions: 24" x 24". Must feature a tacky or multi-layered exhaust filter panel (MEPT) design. CLIN 0003 (Stage 3 6-Pocket Bag,) • Quantity: 150 Cases (CS) (packaged 6 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots) • Description: Method 319 / NESHAP compliant 6-Pocket Bag Filters, no frame (No HDR). Dimensions: 24" x 24" with a 12-inch pocket depth. CLIN 0004 (Stage 4 1 pocket Poly-Carbon Cube) • Quantity: 150 Cases (CS) (packaged 6 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots) • Description: 1-Pocket, No frame (No HDR), Poly-Carbon Cube Filters. Dimensions: 24" x 24" x 24" (24 inch depth) Used for gas-phase VOC and odor adsorption.
