The MORE Program’s primary goal is to improve energy efficiency for local government buildings and facilities by reducing the barriers to obtaining a low or even zero interest loan to accomplish larger, more effective energy efficiency projects. Eligible Applicants: All units of local government in Pennsylvania are eligible to apply for up to $50,000 under the MORE Grant Program, except those that were eligible for an EECBG award directly from DOE[2].
