• Discovery telemetry. Our automated watchers and discovery jobs record target URLs, HTTP response metadata, run status, and extracted funding details to maintain freshness guarantees.
• Communications. If you contact us or respond to surveys, we retain the correspondence, support notes, and any attachments you provide.
• Third-party data sources. We ingest publicly available government, philanthropic, and partner datasets (e.g., Grants.gov, SAM.gov, Supabase tables). Those datasets may include contact information for opportunity owners or program staff.

2. How We Use Information

We process the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including opportunity ranking, deduplication, and automated discovery.
• Personalize search results, saved searches, digests, and recommendations.
• Send transactional communications (e.g., digests, alerts, service notices) and respond to support requests.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Conduct analytics to understand adoption patterns and inform product decisions. We aggregate or de-identify data whenever possible.

We rely on the following legal bases when processing personal data: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request), legitimate interests (improving and securing the platform), consent (marketing communications you opt into), and legal obligations.

• Email preferences. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link. You can also manage notifications from your saved searches dashboard or contact us.

• Tracking controls. Configure your browser or device-level privacy settings to limit cookies or analytics. We honor "Do Not Track" signals where legally required.
