Brooks County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from professional development teams who shall be responsible for providing contracting services to the County for the Road Department. The proposals are for labor only exclusive of materials, vehicles, and equipment except as specifically provided in the RFP. The term of agreement is 3 years.
