For-profit, nonprofit, individuals, and public entities including state, local, and Tribal governments that own and operate vehicles within food systems in Minnesota. Must be based in Minnesota or have a branch office in Minnesota. Vehicles must operate in Minnesota at least 75% of the time.

About this opportunity

Through the Minnesota Climate Smart Food Systems (CSFS) grant program, MPCA seeks project proposals to partially fund new zero-emission versions of fossil fuel on-road and off-road equipment and vehicles used within food systems in Minnesota. Aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve air quality, and replace fossil fuel equipment with zero-emission technology. Applications due March 27, 2026.
