A. Pre-Design & Programming 1. Review and confirm project program and functional requirements. 2. Conduct site evaluation, geotechnical studies, and utility assessments. 3. Develop preliminary schematic designs and cost models. B. Design Phase 1. Prepare architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen design documents. 2. Provide design development and construction drawings for all disciplines that are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 3.
