Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Washer & Dryer Laundry Services to the GSW State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. GSW State University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide laundry equipment and services. Laundry services are heavily utilized at residential housing for our student population that reside on campus. The offeror shall provide washer and dryers, installation, scheduled maintenance and ongoing service of commercial-grade laundry equipment.
