GEFA offers technical assistance to help public-sector organizations plan, procure, and implement Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) projects that modernize facilities, reduce energy and water use, and address deferred maintenance using guaranteed savings over time. This support is available to entities at any stage in the ESPC journey, from early exploration to procurement, audit, contract negotiations, construction, and measurement and verification.
