Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish an agency contract for one year with 9-1 year options to renew with a qualified supplier who will provide a Digital Preservation System to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
