IWMF One-Day Safety Training at the International Journalism Festival

The International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF), in collaboration with ACOS Alliance, is offering a one-day, interactive, holistic safety training for journalists attending the International Journalism Festival on April 16, 2026. The training will focus on physical, digital, and psychosocial safety. Participants will learn core skills in risk assessment and mitigation, personal security, covering protests and civil unrest, digital safety, active shooter and weapons awareness, as well as trauma awareness and self-care.
