The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed proposals from firms qualified to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the (ESPLOST) RFP C26-12 for Construction Manager at Risk (�CMR�) Services for Windsor Forest Elementary School Replacement Project located at 414 Briarcliff Circle, Savannah GA 31419. The firm selected through this RFP will enter into a contract with the District in a Construction Management at Risk Agreement with an estimated initial Stated Cost Limitation of $36,000,000. The firm selected through the RFP will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) after contract award.
