The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for various services in support of Douglas County's Connect Douglas, the County's fixed route service, ADA paratransit service, and future on-demand or microtransit. Such services shall be in compliance with all relevant requirements directed by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Douglas County itself, and any associated funding partners.
