About this opportunity

The project generally consists of the following major items: 1. Conversion of the existing two-way roadway to one-way with on-street angled parking. 2. Roadway widening and overlay. 3. Installation of 10' wide , 6" thick concrete sidewalk with brick pavers. 4. Installation of 24" curb and gutter. 5. Driveway reconstruction and traffic control throughout construction. 6. Storm drain installation. 7. Signing and pavement markings. 8. Landscaping and streetscaping. 9. Site grading and stabilization of disturbed areas with temporary and permanent erosion control measures. 10. Water and sewer main and service installation. 11. Coordination of overhead to underground utility conversion and lighting installation.
