Sealed proposals will be received by Harris County at 104 North College Street, Hamilton, Georgia 31811 until 10:30 am, Thursday, June 25th, 2026, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the Runway Overlay project at the Harris County Airport. Bids received after stated time will not be accepted. The work generally consists of paving a runway overlay.
