About this opportunity
The City of Newnan seeks to expand the LINC trail system. Phase 13 will be built within public Right=of-Way and on City easements. The project is approximately 6,054 linear feet (1.15 miles), and includes a 10' to 12' wide concrete trail, landscape, stormwater improvements, road width and parking reconfigurations, along with bridge structures and retaining walls. the City anticipates issuing a NTP around May 11, 2026. Construction activities adjacent to Newnan High School are anticipated to commence immediately following the conclusion of the school year with a target construction start date of May 25, 2026.
