The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management (DWM), will shortly undergo a Multi- Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) toward the procurement of qualified contractors to provide trace organic laboratory testing services to support compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and industrial pretreatment program requirements.
