� Event Description - Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners at the Airport Terminal Building Conference Room, 841 Ronald Wood Road, Winder, Georgia 30680 until 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 30th, 2026, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the RFB2026-19 Runway 13-31 & 5-23 Crack Seal & Marking project at the Barrow County Airport. Bids received after stated time will not be accepted. The work generally consists of pavement crack seal and marking.
