Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia War Veterans Home Vinson-Wheeler ADA Renovations in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Project scope of work: The purpose of this project is to renovate toilet rooms on Level 1 of the Vinson Building and Wheeler Building to make ADA Compliant. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
