Industrial Spec Building will be received, by Grady County Joint Development Authority, at 961 North Broad Street, Cairo, GA 39828, until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
