The Cook County School District (hereinafter referred to as CCSD) is hereby seeking proposals from construction firms to provide services through the Construction Management at Risk delivery method for Facility Renovations and New Construction for the Cook County School District which may include the renovation of Cook Primary School, Cook Elementary School, and Cook Middle School along with new construction at Cook High School. The total budget for this project is $23,800,000.
