Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide MGA Aviation Fuel to the Middle Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Middle Georgia State University (MGA) is seeking a single qualified supplier to provide Avgas, Jet-A aviation fuel, and the lease of two fuel trucks. The contract term will align with MGA�s fiscal year (July 1�June 30). The initial contract period will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four (4), one�year terms.
