Eligibility Requirements for the Yakama Nation Higher Education Scholarship ProgramThe Yakama Nation Higher Education program provides scholarships and grants to support enrolled members of the 14 Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation in pursuing higher education at a regionally accredited institution.Application Deadlines:Respecting the vision set forth by our leaders, the Yakama Tribal Council Resolution T-111-13 sets the deadline for new and returning students applying for the 2026-2027 Academic Year as July 1, 2026.Students who apply by July 1, 2026 are applying for Fall 2026-Spring 2027 Academic Year.
