Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide 2027 CHILLER COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE MAINTENANCE to the Gordon State College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Gordon State College is accepting bids for the Chiller Preventative Maintenance and Service contract. This is a 1 year and optional 4 year renewal �open-ended contract� for chiller inspections, maintenance and any repairs needed. Please see the attached SOW, specs and required documents.
