The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for turnkey demolition and site clearance of four (4) county-owned residential structures. The selected bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits and supervision required to safely and completely demolish the vacant structures, remove and legally dispose of all debris and perform final grading and stabilization of the sites. Bids will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 30, 2026. All bids should be marked Bid #2026-04 Demolition and Site Clearance of County-Owned Residential Structures. Bids submitted after the time due will not be accepted.
