GEFA�s administration of multiple programs currently requires complex coordination and communication, as GEFA utilizes or engages, to varying degrees, several software systems holding significant amounts of important data. These systems often are inherently disparate or non-compatible and often do not work together. Difficulties with workflow can be a result. GEFA is seeking information from potential data and workflow efficiency providers that will generally inform GEFA as to potential solutions in the current market. GEFA intends to utilize the information received in response to this RFI to plan for improvement of data and workflow efficiency, ultimately with possible assistance from an outside provider.
