Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water System Improvements - Division I will be received, by Sale City, at the Sale City - City Hall - 122 East Broad Street, Sale City, GA 31784, until 10:30 AM local time on March 19, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of raising the City's existing 75,000 gallon elevated water storage tank to increase the high-water level by 33 feet and all other items indicated in these Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with any alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form.
