This solicitation aims to secure a contractor to deliver comprehensive maintenance and inspection services for the University�s chillers, cooling towers, and associated pumping systems. The selected contractor will perform all preventive and corrective maintenance in line with manufacturer standards and industry best practices to ensure reliable and efficient HVAC operations.
