South Street 2.05 miles widening project from Winchester Road to Will Miller Road (10,825 feet of existing 20 wide pavement to 26 wide) The square yard is approximately 31,272 SY. The project consist of full depth reclamation with Portland Cement, 19MM asphalt binder course, 12.5MM asphalt surface course, pavement markings, and shoulder building with grassing.
