About this opportunity
The City of Albany, Georgia, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide inspection services for multifamily properties. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, at the City's sole discretion.
