The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Watershed Management (DWM), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of citywide on-call painting and pressure washing services supporting multiple City- owned facilities. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on whether they meet the minimum technical, managerial, and operational requirements necessary to perform on-call, multi-site maintenance services.
