Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners at the Airport Terminal Building Conference Room, 841 Ronald Wood Road, Winder, Georgia 30680 until 1:00 pm, Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the Taxiway Lighting Rehabilitation project at the Barrow County Airport. Bids received after stated time will not be accepted. The work generally consists of taxiway lighting.
