Who can apply
For the PAF26 Grant Cycle, all applications must be submitted in the name of the nonprofit or not for profit organization, association, program or initiative seeking grant funding and must have been issued an EIN by the IRS prior to applying for a grant. The organization and/or association does not need to be incorporated nor have been determined to be a section 501(3)(c) charitable organization.. Funds from PAF26 must be spent on or before March 31, 2027, at which time an IDF report is due.. The applicant must be deemed eligible for grant funding before applying.
