The City of Chattahoochee Hills is seeking a qualified consultant to develop an FHWA-compliant Transportation Safety Action Plan under the SS4A program, applying the Safe Systems approach to reduce roadway fatalities and serious injuries�particularly for vulnerable road users in a rural context�with active transportation and off-road facilities integrated as safety countermeasures, not amenities.
