Services to be rendered: The services to be rendered consists of providing all labor, including all materials and equipment necessary to perform the labor for: Street Cleaning, Grass Maintenance on curbed and non-curbed streets, removal of trash from streets, holiday event cleaning, tree trimming, grit and trash removal from storm drains, landscape maintenance at various city-owned locations, maintenance of planting beds along city streets, removal of curb-side yard waste (leaf and limb) city-wide, complete with all necessary and related tasks. Contractors will be required to enter into a two-year agreement with the City of Lincolnton to render such services.
