Who can apply

Continuation Applications Only Eligible Applicants: School districts, university laboratory schools approved under 23 Ill. Adm. Code 452 (public university laboratory schools and charter schools authorized by Article 27A of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/Art. 27A]), area vocational centers, Regional Offices of Education (ROEs), Intermediate Service Centers (ISCs), and other not-for-profit and for-profit entities with experience in providing training and technical assistance (T&TA) about educational, health, social, and child development services to young children and their families are eligible to apply.
