Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ��50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (�eRFQ�) is being issued to establish an Open Agency contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide an Electronic Youth Monitoring System for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (hereinafter, �the State Entity�). This solicitation is a rebid and a continuation of services previously awarded under RFQ 46100-DJJ0000266 on February 2, 2021.
