About this opportunity
Spalding County invites written proposals by qualified companies to operate our existing five collection centers for a period of two years beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, under the functionality of a land lease between the successful bidder and Spalding County. Spalding County is soliciting competitive bids for the direct land lease and operation of the five (5) County Trash Collection Centers. The successful bidder will lease, staff, and operate each facility and will be responsible for all labor, fee collection, equipment maintenance, and the proper removal and disposal of all trash and materials collected.
