Applications are only accepted through the portal. The grant portal and link will be available April 7th, 2026, by 9:00 a.m. CDT and will close on June 30th, 2026, at 5 p.m. CDT. No late submissions will be accepted. Applications sent via USPS mail or email will not be accepted. The Department of Commerce is not responsible for untimely submissions. Please note: The application portal closes exactly at 5:00 p.m. All applications must be fully submitted by that time. Portal access requires up to three (3) working days for approval and must be requested with sufficient time to complete the application before the deadline. Requests submitted too late to allow for approval will not extend the submission window.
