Douglas County (�Owner� or the �County�) is issuing this Request for Proposal (�RFP�) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (�Proposals�) from bidders (�Respondents�) for the design, permitting, site preparation and construction of the new Douglas County Fire/EMS Department Training Building located at 1765 Wortham Road, Douglasville, GA 30134 (the �Project�). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project.
