This request is to select a professional engineering firm to provide construction documents, bidding and construction management assistance for improvements at Keswick Park. Offerors are invited to demonstrate their capabilities to perform the following services which will include, but are not limited to: - Ability to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture and structural design of the project; - Ability to prepare construction documents and permitting; - Ability to provide bidding assistance; - Ability to provide construction project management.
