This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road (as defined in O.C.G.A 32-1-3 (24) as provided for in O.C.G.A 32-2-61 (c) and (d) (1) (D). Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Mitigation Credits" are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote.
