Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide MGA Charter Bus to the Middle Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Middle Georgia State University (MGA) is seeking up to two (2) suppliers to provide charter bus services for the athletic program. This will be an open agency contract with one inital year and the option to renew up to four (4), one (1) year terms. The inital year will be July 01, 2026- June 30, 2027.
