OVERVIEW Clarke County School District (�CCSD�) has engaged McNeary Consulting Services to prepare a Request for Proposal (�RFP�) for the District�s annual Property and Liability Insurance renewal, effective July 1, 2026. McNeary Consulting Services� role in this RFP process includes assigning insurance markets, analyzing proposals, and overseeing implementation of the District�s insurance program. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of five (5) years, subject to market conditions. McNeary Consulting Services is compensated solely by Clarke County School District.
