Family Run Organization (FRO) Operational Support Grants

Others This funding opportunity is only open to Family Run Organizations that previously received an ILCHF planning grant. To be eligible the applicant must submit the following documents in the Euna system as part of their application: 1. Documentation showing the ILCHF Planning Grant application was approved. 2. An Implementation Plan approved by ILCHF. 3. A completed Business Plan approved by ILCHF. HFS intends to perform an eligibility review on all submitted applicants and applications. Applicants and applications which fail to meet the minimum requirements listed above will be denied. FROs interested in applying for funding under this NOFO must complete and submit the required information in Euna. Eligible FROs include: Family Run Organizations that previously received grant funding from the Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation.
