Nonprofit Organizations ### Applicant Eligibility Information Eligible applicants are limited to culturally specific organizations that provide services to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. For purposes of this funding opportunity, a culturally specific organization is a private nonprofit, nongovernmental, tribal, or community-based organization whose primary purpose is to provide culturally specific services to a culturally specific community and that has demonstrated expertise and experience serving that community.
