The Scope of Work as described herein is defined as �utility contracting� in accordance with O.C.G.A 43-14-2(17) so the Contractor performing the work must provide proof of a valid license by the State of Georgia as a �Utility Contractor� and must also employ a �Utility Manager� certification holder who will have oversight of all the work.

Sealed bids for construction of Cone Street Gravity Sewer Project will be received until March 19th, 2026, 11 AM at the City of Brooklet City Hall at 104 Church Street, Brooklet, Georgia 30415. Bids may also be mailed to 104 Church Street, Brooklet, GA (Attn.: Lori Phillips). Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
