This bid packet establishes scope of work and defines the items to be included and excluded within any offered proposals to repair and renovate the existing office building at 125 Lester Street. This project generally includes repairs for rot, insect damage, wear, painting, and sealing both of the interior and exterior of the building; construction of a second fully compliant 2010 ADA access ramp; minor reconfiguration changes to the interior; and new floor coverings throughout the building.
